How do I notify you about a change of address?
Changing your address is easy. Simply log in to your account to update your delivery and/or billing details. Please note, if you are relocating to another country then please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

How do I renew my subscription?
You can renew your subscription online at any time. Simply log in to your account here.
How can I view a receipt or invoice that I have requested?
You can view and download any invoices or receipts relating to your orders online. Simply log in to your account here and click on Documents tab.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. You will continue to receive the issues you have paid for until the end of your subscription term. Direct Debit and Continuous Credit Card orders will auto-renew at the end of the current terms unless cancelled.
My latest issue is yet to arrive
We would ask subscribers to allow the below time frames for delivery of their issue:
UK: 1 week after publication date
EU: 10 working days after publication date
ROW: 15 workings days after publication date
If your issue has still not arrived within the above time frame, please do contact our customer service team.
Please be advised that, Royal Mail have announced that they will be changing their 2nd Class letter deliveries to alternative weekdays, and they will no longer deliver on Saturdays with effect from 28th July 2025. Please take this into consideration when contacting the Customer Services team in relation to late or missing deliveries.
